Union voted for 25% cut and then lost their jobs the next day. Now faculty have been asked to accept 30% pay cut, loss of tenure, cut in benefits, and 2 weeks vacation with 5 sick days per year. Faculty would be off on federal holidays, and they would get 5 sick days and 2 weeks vacation. No time for research or conferences or developing new programs.
