I received an email from Molloy:

Dowling International Students,

As per SEVP, if Dowling closes all records will be automatically terminated. I highly recommend you reach out to Dowling while they are still open for any assistance they can provide. See below:

If the school has Active students and plans to withdraw from SEVP certification, the students must first transfer or depart the United States before the Voluntary Withdrawal is processed (school closing). If the school still has Active records when the Voluntary Withdrawal is processed, the student records will automatically be terminated.

Also, I called SEVIS today and if Dowling closes our SEVIS records will be terminated.For the students with OPT: if the college closes, OPTs are no longer valid and we are not able to stay and work.
